Gibson's Tours and Transfers Cancellation Policy
We understand that your travel plans may change, with that in mind and due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and Gibson,s Tours and Transfers apply a strict cancellation policy. When a cancellation is received within 30 days of your intended arrival, we will retain 25% of the cost of services rendered.
15 days of intended arrival, we will retain 50%; and 100% if less than 7 days notice is given. Every effort will be made to re-book the services that you requested.
